Join our dynamic Business Consulting Risk team as an Associate Consultant in Pune. This role is within EY's National Business Consulting practice, focusing on Risk Management. You will contribute to transforming businesses through people, technology, and innovation, helping clients navigate complex challenges and drive long-term value.

Our Consulting practice is structured into Business Consulting (including Performance Improvement and Risk Consulting), Technology Consulting, and People Advisory Services. We empower clients by identifying and managing risks to ensure they meet future business objectives. Our key focus areas include Enterprise Risk, Technology Risk, and Financial Services Risk, offering a comprehensive approach to risk mitigation and business resilience.

As an Associate Consultant specializing in Project Management Office (PMO), you will play a pivotal role in supporting clients with efficient and effective project management. Your responsibilities will span the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to closure.

You will be involved in crucial processes such as Tender & Contracts, Design & Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Testing & Commissioning. Additionally, you'll contribute to risk identification and management, and ensure adherence to commercial and legal requirements while delivering insightful solutions to complex problems.

We are seeking experienced professionals with 5 to 10 years in project planning, execution, and monitoring, ideally within Industrial Building & Factories, Real Estate, Thermal & Hydropower Plants, or Transportation Infrastructure projects.

Required qualifications include a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering, Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, or equivalent. A Master of Technology in Civil Engineering or an MBA is also highly valued, with NICMAR in Project Management or Construction Management being a preference.

Essential skills encompass Project Management, Planning & Monitoring, Budgeting & Cost Control, Strategy Implementation, and MIS in infrastructure projects. Proficiency in MS Excel is mandatory, and experience with planning tools like MS Projects and Primavera P6 is preferred. Familiarity with Auto CAD, BIM, ERP, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus.
