This role is part of our National Business Consulting Risk team, which comprises sector-agnostic teams dedicated to driving long-term client value through people, technology, and innovation. We focus on helping clients navigate risks and achieve their strategic objectives.

Within EY Consulting, you'll contribute to transforming businesses by addressing their most strategic problems. Our client-centric approach spans Business Consulting (including Performance Improvement and Risk Consulting), Technology Consulting, and People Advisory Services.

As an Associate Consultant in Process & Controls, you will leverage your understanding of risk and control frameworks to assess process effectiveness and identify control gaps. You'll gain experience evaluating business processes, documenting risk and control matrices for operational and compliance reviews, and performing process walkthroughs and control testing.

Your role will involve conducting root cause analysis to support risk assessments and analyzing process data to validate control design and operating effectiveness. A working knowledge of consulting methodologies and risk advisory practices will be essential for supporting process improvement and control remediation initiatives.

To excel in this role, you should possess a strong understanding of risk and control frameworks, with the ability to assess process effectiveness and pinpoint control gaps. You'll need experience in evaluating business processes and documenting risk and control matrices for operational and compliance reviews.
