This role as an Associate Consultant focuses on Business Consulting within Financial Services, specifically in Risk, Process & Controls. You'll contribute to shaping the future of financial services by addressing complex challenges in areas like digital transformation and regulatory change.

Conduct AML/Transaction monitoring alert investigations, and process SAR/STR filings.

Analyze transactions, identify red flags, and determine RFI requirements for reporting managers.

Investigate potential risks and ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.

Collaborate with teams to deliver insightful and practical solutions for clients.

Potentially work in morning/afternoon shifts, with an expectation of on-site work, though hybrid is possible.

Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) or Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA).

Master of Commerce (M.Com) or Master of Business Administration (MBA) are also considered.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Analysis and Quality Assurance & Testing.

Familiarity with UK market/UK bank exposure, alert typologies, and transaction analysis.

Strong English grammar and good communication skills are essential.

Ability to work collaboratively, solve complex problems, and deliver practical solutions.
