Leverage your expertise in trade finance, including trade document checking, payments, SWIFT processing, and discrepancy handling. Apply your strong knowledge of ICC rules (UCP 600, ISBP, URC 522, URR 725) to import and export operations, and remittances. Contribute to business analysis, technical support, customer success management, and business intelligence initiatives within client engagements.

To excel in this role, you should possess a relevant qualification, which can include a Bachelor of Technology, Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor of Business Administration, Bachelor of Computer Applications, Bachelor of Commerce, or equivalent. Post-graduate qualifications such as Master of Engineering, Master of Commerce, Master of Business Administration, Master of Computer Applications, Master of Technology, or a Post Graduate Diploma in Management are also valued. Relevant diplomas in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering are considered.

In terms of experience, a minimum of 3 years in Business Analysis, Customer Success Management, or Business Intelligence is required. Experience in Technical Support for at least 2 years is also necessary. We seek individuals with the ability to collaborate effectively across client departments, adhering to commercial and legal requirements.
