Engage in AML/Transaction monitoring alert investigations, SAR, and STR processes. Conduct detailed transaction analysis to identify red flags and potential risks. Investigate alerts related to financial crime and compliance, with a focus on the UK market and UK banking regulations.

Identify RFI (Request for Information) requirements and effectively communicate with Risk Managers. Work collaboratively as either a maker/analyst or checker/QC in investigations. Maintain sound English grammar in all communications and documentation.

Candidates must possess a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) or Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), or a Master of Commerce (M.Com) or Master of Business Administration (MBA). Requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Analysis and Quality Assurance & Testing.

Proven ability to work collaboratively across client departments, adhering to commercial and legal requirements. A practical, problem-solving approach is essential, delivering insightful and practical solutions.
