As part of our Financial Services practice, you'll engage with the core of finance, including banking, insurance, and wealth management. You will navigate the evolving landscape of digital transformation, regulatory changes, and competitive disruption, helping institutions build trust and transparency. Our team of strategists and industry leaders provides fresh perspectives and sector knowledge to deliver sustainable value.

In this role, you will leverage your expertise in trade finance, including document checking, payments, SWIFT processing, and discrepancy resolution. A strong understanding of ICC rules like UCP 600, ISBP, URC 522, and URR 725 is essential. You will be involved in import and export operations and remittances.

Your responsibilities will also extend to providing technical excellence and applying your skills in business analysis, technical support, customer success management, and business intelligence to deliver insightful and practical solutions. You will collaborate across client departments, adhering to commercial and legal requirements.

To be successful in this role, you should possess a relevant degree, such as a Bachelor of Technology, Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor of Business Administration, Bachelor of Computer Applications, Bachelor of Commerce, or equivalent. Postgraduate qualifications including Master of Engineering, Master of Commerce, Master of Business Administration, Master of Computer Applications, Master of Technology, or a Post Graduate Diploma in Management are also valuable.

Professional experience in Business Analysis (3+ years), Technical Support (2+ years), Customer Success Management (3+ years), or Business Intelligence (3+ years) is required.
