Join our dynamic advisory risk services team as an Associate Consultant. You will provide clients with a clear understanding of their risk landscape, building confidence and trust. This role involves executing client engagements focused on governance, risk & compliance (GRC), internal audits, process reviews, SOP development, enterprise risk management, and revenue assurance. You'll contribute to enhancing client businesses by identifying and recommending improvements.

Execute client engagements with a focus on quality and client satisfaction. Review working papers and client documentation, proposing enhancements to efficiency and service delivery. Analyze business and industry trends to identify areas for client process improvement. Perform data analytics using tools like Access and ACL. Ensure adherence to engagement plans and internal quality and risk management procedures. Apply knowledge of internal auditing standards (IIA, ICAI) to engagements. Utilize a problem-solving approach to address client challenges. Manage engagement budgets and support business development initiatives, including marketing collateral and proposal development. Foster strong working relationships with client stakeholders. Mentor junior team members, including interns and analysts. Contribute to knowledge management within the practice.

To excel in this role, you should possess a Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) designation, or a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA). We are seeking candidates with 0-1 year of post-qualification experience in risk advisory, internal audit, or external audit. Availability to travel up to 50% of the time and commute within the region is essential. Candidates must be willing to work extended hours when necessary and possess a valid passport.
