Within this, the Process & Controls team assists clients in identifying and managing risks to ensure alignment with their business strategy and objectives. We cover areas like Enterprise Risk, Technology Risk, and Financial Services Risk, providing comprehensive solutions.

Conduct thorough evaluations of business processes and internal controls to identify risks and gaps. Execute structured audits, assessing process risks and control effectiveness. Support remediation efforts by providing actionable recommendations based on audit findings. Apply general consulting skills to analyze complex issues and document findings clearly. Communicate audit observations and process insights effectively to stakeholders at various levels. Develop working knowledge of process and control frameworks across operational and compliance domains.

A Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Chartered Accountancy, or Engineering is required. Possess a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role. Demonstrate a strong understanding of internal audit methodologies and control frameworks. Exhibit proficiency in evaluating business processes and assessing control gaps. Showcase the ability to analyze issues, document findings, and formulate risk-based recommendations. Excellent communication skills are essential for stakeholder engagement and reporting.
