Within the CNS - Risk - Process & Controls service line, you will help clients proactively manage risks and build organizational agility. This involves identifying and addressing key risk areas, ensuring enterprise resilience, and bolstering internal audit and control functions.

Develop a strong command of internal audit methodologies, applying your experience to evaluate business processes and controls effectively. You will be responsible for assessing process risks, pinpointing control gaps, and actively supporting remediation efforts through structured audit execution.

Apply your working knowledge of process and control frameworks within operational and compliance-focused environments. Utilize general consulting skills to conduct thorough issue analysis, document findings accurately, and formulate risk-based recommendations. Clearly communicate audit observations and process insights to stakeholders, ensuring understanding and alignment.

A Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com), Chartered Accountant (CA), or an Engineering degree (B.E./B.Tech) is required for this role. Candidates should possess a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
