As an Associate Consultant specializing in Process & Controls, you will leverage your expertise in internal audit methodologies. You will be responsible for evaluating business processes, assessing risks, and identifying control gaps.

Key duties include supporting remediation efforts through structured audit execution. You will also apply general consulting skills to analyze issues, document findings, and develop risk-based recommendations. Strong working knowledge of process and control frameworks across operational and compliance environments is essential. Effectively communicating audit observations and process insights to stakeholders is a critical aspect of this role.

To be successful in this role, you should possess a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com), Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification, or an engineering degree.

We are looking for individuals with at least one year of professional experience. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to collaborate effectively across client departments, adhering to commercial and legal requirements. A practical approach to problem-solving, delivering insightful and actionable solutions is highly valued.
