We assist clients in identifying and managing risks to protect their future business strategy and objectives. Our core areas include Enterprise Risk (resilience, internal audit, compliance, internal controls), Technology Risk (assessing technology risks to protect business performance), and Financial Services Risk (managing risks in the financial sector through agile approaches, process analysis, data modeling, and reporting).

As an Associate Consultant, you will be instrumental in supporting risk and process consulting engagements. This involves conducting structured analysis and employing problem-solving skills to assess business processes and identify control gaps within operational workflows. You will be responsible for documenting process narratives, creating risk and control matrices, and developing other critical consulting deliverables. A working knowledge of consulting frameworks for evaluating internal controls and process effectiveness is essential.

Your role will also involve contributing actively to client engagements by applying general consulting skills within risk-focused business environments. You will collaborate with teams to deliver insightful and practical solutions to complex issues. The ideal candidate will possess a practical approach, agility, curiosity, and a creative mindset, demonstrating the ability to sustain positive energy while adapting to new challenges.

To excel in this role, a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science is required.

Key technical qualifications include: - Backend Development: A minimum of 3 years of experience. - Frontend Development: A minimum of 2 years of experience.
