This Associate Consultant role is within the Advanced Manufacturing, Mobility & Infrastructure (AMI) and CNS - Risk - Process & Controls team. AMI focuses on industries like Aerospace and Defence, Chemicals, Infrastructure, Industrial Products, Automotive, and Transportation. EY Consulting transforms businesses through people, technology, and innovation, driving long-term value for clients by solving their most strategic problems.

Assist in executing internal audit, risk advisory, and controls assessment engagements under senior guidance. Develop a deep understanding of business processes and organizational objectives to pinpoint key risks and controls. Support process walkthroughs, documentation reviews, and testing to evaluate control effectiveness.

Analyze financial, operational, and transactional data to identify trends, exceptions, and potential areas of concern. Prepare comprehensive engagement documentation, including working papers, process flows, and risk and control matrices (RCMs), adhering to EY methodologies. Review policies, procedures, and business practices against internal requirements and leading practices.

This role requires relevant technical experience and experience in Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) and Internal Audit, ideally between 0 to 2 years. A practical, agile, and creative approach to problem-solving is essential, coupled with the ability to deliver insightful solutions.
