This role focuses on executing client engagements and contributing to a better working world.

As an Associate Consultant, you will immerse yourself in client businesses, identifying key trends and areas for improvement. Your expertise in risk management and internal audit will be crucial in developing actionable recommendations and ensuring high-quality service delivery. We value your proactive approach to problem-solving and your ability to build strong client relationships.

Execute client engagements with a focus on quality and client requirements, including thorough review of working papers and client folders. Identify opportunities for enhancing engagement productivity and client service delivery. Analyze business and industry trends to pinpoint areas for process improvement and formulate strategic recommendations.

Utilize data analytics tools and ensure adherence to engagement plans and internal quality standards. Demonstrate a strong understanding of internal auditing standards and apply a solution-based approach to problem-solving. Manage engagement budgets and contribute to the development of marketing collateral and new methodologies. Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge management initiatives.

To excel in this role, you should possess a Chartered Accountant, Certified Internal Auditor designation, or a Master's degree in Business Administration. Candidates with 0-1 year of post-qualification experience in risk advisory, internal audit, or external audit are encouraged to apply.
