You will assist in executing internal audit, risk advisory, and controls assessment engagements under senior guidance. This involves understanding business processes, identifying key risks and controls, and supporting walkthroughs, documentation reviews, and control effectiveness testing. Analyzing financial, operational, and transactional data to identify trends and areas of concern will be key. Prepare engagement documentation like working papers, process flows, and risk and control matrices according to EY methodology. Review policies, procedures, and business practices against internal requirements and leading practices.

We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor of Commerce, Master of Commerce, Bachelor of Technology (Computer Science or Mechanical Engineering), or Master of Technology (Civil Engineering). Ideally, you'll have 0 to 2 years of relevant technical experience, along with experience in Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC), and Internal Audit. You should possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a commitment to continuous learning. Ability to work collaboratively across client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements is essential. A practical approach to solving complex issues and delivering insightful solutions, coupled with agility, curiosity, and creativity, is highly valued.
