This role is within the Business Consulting - Finance practice, focusing on TMT (Technology, Media & Entertainment, and Telecommunications) and CNS sectors. We help TMT organizations navigate industry convergence, transform strategies, and achieve operational excellence while driving value through M&A. Our client-centric approach focuses on delivering long-term value by solving complex strategic problems.

As an Associate Consultant in Procure to Pay (PTP), you will manage daily PTP activities, including accurate invoice and payment processing. You will resolve vendor queries, perform reconciliations, and process travel and expense claims.

Key duties involve processing invoices, conducting two-way and three-way matching, and managing rejected invoices. You will also process vendor payment runs, investigate supplier queries, and monitor aging documents to meet turnaround times.

Responsibilities include generating remittance advice, maintaining invoice archives, and assisting with month-end closing. A focus on achieving daily and monthly targets, alongside thorough vendor statement reconciliations and AP Trial Balance preparation, is essential.

To excel in this role, a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) or Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) is required, along with 1-2 years of dedicated experience in PTP processes.

Solid understanding of end-to-end PTP operations, including invoice processing, approvals, payments, and vendor management, is crucial. You should possess strong problem-solving abilities coupled with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
