- Accurately process purchase orders, invoices, credit notes, and other transactions within established timelines, ensuring correct GL account and cost center assignments. - Provide solutions for internal requests (RFIs) and perform two-way/three-way matching of invoices against purchase orders and goods receipts. - Resolve issues with rejected invoices and process vendor payments according to schedules and internal controls. - Investigate and resolve supplier queries, reconcile vendor statements, and identify root causes of discrepancies. - Process and reconcile travel and expense claims, monitor aging documents, and generate remittance advice. - Assist with month-end closing activities and contribute to achieving daily and monthly performance targets.

- Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) or Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree required. - 1-2 years of experience in Procure to Pay (PTP) processes is essential. - Demonstrated knowledge of end-to-end PTP processes, including invoice processing, approvals, payments, and vendor management. - Strong problem-solving abilities with excellent written and verbal communication skills. - A flexible attitude, excellent interpersonal skills, and proficiency in ERP platforms are necessary. - Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with reporting tools are also required. - A Master of Commerce (M.Com) and 3+ years of Financial Analysis experience are preferred.
