We are seeking an Associate Consultant to join our Business Consulting team, focusing on Finance and Transformation. This role involves driving long-term value for clients by solving their most strategic problems through innovation, technology, and people.

As an Associate Consultant, you will perform day-to-day Procure to Pay (PTP) activities, including accurate invoice and payment processing, vendor query resolution, and reconciliations. You will be responsible for processing travel and expense claims, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring adherence to internal controls and agreed timelines.

Key responsibilities include processing purchase orders, non-PO invoices, and credit notes with correct GL account and cost-center assignments. You will conduct two-way and three-way matching of invoices against purchase orders and goods receipts, validate transaction details, and manage rejected invoices. Processing vendor payment runs in line with schedules and investigating supplier queries are also integral to this role.

Additionally, you will monitor aging documents, generate EOD reports, assist in month-end closing activities, and perform vendor statement reconciliations. Maintaining accurate records, achieving daily and monthly targets, and preparing AP Trial Balance reconciliations are essential. Sharing remittance advice with vendors and archiving documents according to retention policies will also be part of your duties.

To qualify for this Associate Consultant role, candidates should possess a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) or Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree. A Master of Commerce (M.Com) is also considered. The role requires 1-2 years of experience specifically in Procure to Pay (PTP) processes.

Essential skills include a strong understanding of end-to-end PTP processes, encompassing invoice processing, approvals, payments, and vendor management. Candidates must be adept problem solvers with excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating flexibility and interpersonal effectiveness.

Proficiency in ERP platforms and advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including reporting capabilities, are mandatory.
