As an Associate Consultant, you will manage day-to-day Procure to Pay (PTP) activities. This includes accurately processing invoices, credit notes, and other transactions within agreed timelines, ensuring proper GL account and cost-centre assignment.

You will perform two-way and three-way matching of invoices against purchase orders and goods receipts, validate transaction details, and complete necessary reconciliations. Resolving rejected invoices and investigating supplier queries will be key aspects of your role. You will also process vendor payment runs, reconcile travel and expense claims, and monitor aging documents to meet turnaround times.

Additional responsibilities involve assisting with month-end closing, preparing AP Trial Balance and reconciliations, generating remittance advice for vendors, and maintaining invoice archives. You will review and achieve daily and monthly targets, ensuring adherence to policies and internal controls for accurate PTP operations.

To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) or Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree, along with 1-2 years of experience in Procure to Pay (PTP) processes. A strong understanding of end-to-end PTP functions, including invoice processing, approvals, payments, and vendor management, is essential.

We are looking for individuals with demonstrated problem-solving abilities, complemented by excellent written and verbal communication skills. A flexible attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and proficiency in ERP platforms are highly valued. Advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting skills are also required to effectively manage and analyze financial data.
