As an Associate Consultant in Business Consulting, specializing in TMT, CNS, BC, and Finance, you will play a crucial role in transforming businesses through innovation and technology. EY Consulting is dedicated to solving our clients' most strategic problems and driving long-term value.

This role is part of EY Consulting's Business Consulting sub-service line, which focuses on reimagining business purposes, driving growth, managing costs, and resolving operational challenges. The team encompasses innovation, strategy, and deep functional expertise in areas like Finance Consulting and Business Transformation.

Execute day-to-day Procure to Pay (PTP) activities, including accurate invoice and payment processing within agreed timelines.

Resolve internal requests (RFIs) and perform two-way/three-way invoice matching against purchase orders and goods receipts.

Manage vendor queries, process vendor payment runs, and conduct vendor statement reconciliations to identify and address discrepancies.

Process and reconcile travel and expense claims, ensuring adherence to TAT for aging documents and assisting in month-end closing activities.

Generate remittance advice for vendors and maintain invoice documentation according to retention policies. Review and achieve daily and monthly targets, contributing to accurate AP reporting and trial balance.

This role requires a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) or Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree, with 1-2 years of dedicated experience in Procure to Pay (PTP) processes.

Candidates should possess a strong understanding of end-to-end PTP operations, including invoice processing, approvals, payments, and vendor management. Proficiency in ERP platforms and advanced Microsoft Excel skills are essential.
