This Associate Consultant role is within our Business Consulting PI practice, focusing on the TMT sector, with specializations in CNS, BC, and Finance.

As an Associate Consultant, you will be instrumental in managing day-to-day Procure-to-Pay (PTP) activities. This includes accurately processing invoices, credit notes, and other transactions within established timelines.

You will perform crucial matching processes, validate transaction details, and conduct reconciliations for vendor statements and AP accounts. Resolving discrepancies, investigating rejected invoices, and processing vendor payments according to schedules and controls are key aspects of this role.

Additional responsibilities involve processing and reconciling travel and expense claims, monitoring aging documents to meet turnaround times, and contributing to month-end closing activities. You will also be responsible for generating remittance advice, maintaining invoice archives, and assisting with reporting and target achievement.

We are seeking a B.Com graduate with 1-2 years of experience in Procure-to-Pay (PTP) processes. A strong understanding of end-to-end PTP operations, including invoice processing, approvals, payments, and vendor management, is essential.

Candidates should possess excellent problem-solving abilities, coupled with strong written and verbal communication skills. A flexible attitude, excellent interpersonal skills, and proficiency in ERP platforms along with advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting skills are also required.
