As an Associate Consultant, you will be instrumental in supporting various client engagements. Key responsibilities include processing invoices, performing reconciliations, resolving vendor queries, and assisting with month-end closing activities. You will also contribute to reporting tasks and ensure adherence to policies and internal controls.

This role involves working with ERP platforms and advanced Excel functionalities. You will collaborate with internal teams to provide solutions for requests and ensure accurate record maintenance. A commitment to meeting daily and monthly targets, alongside maintaining vendor statement reconciliations, is crucial for success.

To thrive in this role, candidates should possess a Bachelor of Commerce or Bachelor of Business Administration degree, with a Master of Commerce also considered. A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Procure to Pay (PTP) processes is essential.

Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a flexible attitude are highly valued. Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills are mandatory. The ability to work collaboratively and deliver practical, insightful solutions in complex environments is also a key requirement.
