This includes deep expertise in Finance Consulting, Business Transformation, and Supply Chain and Operations.

- Accurately process purchase orders, non-PO invoices, credit notes, and other transactions within stipulated timelines, ensuring correct GL account and cost-center assignments. - Resolve internal requests (RFIs) submitted by team members. - Perform two-way and three-way matching of invoices against purchase orders and goods receipts, validating transaction details and completing necessary reconciliations. - Address and process rejected invoices from approvers. - Execute vendor payment runs in accordance with payment schedules, approval requisites, and internal controls. - Investigate supplier queries and provide effective solutions. - Process and reconcile travel and expense claims, resolving any associated discrepancies. - Monitor aging documents and take proactive steps to meet turnaround times (TAT). - Generate end-of-day (EOD) reports on recording and invoice completion. - Assist with month-end closing activities. - Review and achieve daily and monthly performance targets. - Perform vendor statement reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and identify root causes of variances. - Prepare AP Trial Balance, conduct reconciliations, and investigate variances. - Generate and distribute remittance advice to vendors. - Maintain and archive invoices and supporting documents according to document retention policies.

To excel in this role, a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) or Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree is required, coupled with 1-2 years of hands-on experience in Procure to Pay (PTP) processes. You should possess a comprehensive understanding of end-to-end PTP functions, including invoice processing, approvals, payments, and vendor management.

Strong problem-solving abilities, effective written and verbal communication skills, and a flexible attitude to achieve results are essential. Excellent interpersonal skills are also key for collaborative work. Proficiency in ERP platforms, advanced Microsoft Excel skills, and robust reporting capabilities are mandatory for this position.
