As an Analyst in Procure to Pay (PTP), you will manage daily PTP activities including invoice and payment processing, vendor query resolution, and statement reconciliations. Responsibilities include processing PO and non-PO invoices, performing matching procedures, handling rejected invoices, and processing vendor payment runs.

You will also investigate supplier queries, process and reconcile travel and expense claims, and monitor aging documents to meet turnaround times (TAT). Additionally, you will be involved in daily/monthly reporting, assisting with month-end closing, and performing vendor statement reconciliations. Maintaining accurate records and ensuring adherence to policies and internal controls are key aspects of this role.

To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) or Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree. We are seeking individuals with 1-2 years of experience specifically in Procure-to-Pay (PTP) processes. A strong understanding of end-to-end PTP operations, including invoice processing, approvals, payments, and vendor management, is essential.

Excellent problem-solving abilities, coupled with good written and verbal communication skills, are required. You should demonstrate a flexible attitude, excellent interpersonal skills, and proficiency in ERP platforms. Advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting skills are also necessary for success in this position. While experience in Financial Analysis is listed as optional, it may be beneficial.
