Within Business Consulting, we tackle finance transformation, business design, and operational challenges. This includes supporting large-scale programs and portfolio management.

Our Finance Consulting helps clients enhance their finance functions for better performance and effectiveness, implementing service and cost improvements, and embedding a strong performance management culture.

- Process invoices, credit notes, and other transactions accurately and on time. - Perform two-way and three-way matching of invoices against purchase orders and goods receipts. - Process vendor payment runs according to schedules and internal controls. - Investigate and resolve supplier queries and discrepancies. - Reconcile travel and expense claims and address related issues. - Monitor aging documents to meet turnaround times. - Generate daily and monthly reports on recording and invoice completion. - Assist with month-end closing activities. - Perform vendor statement reconciliations and identify root causes of variances. - Prepare AP Trial Balance reconciliations and investigate discrepancies. - Share remittance advice with vendors. - Maintain and archive invoices and supporting documents.

To excel in this role, you should possess:

- A Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) or Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree. - 1-2 years of hands-on experience in Procure to Pay (PTP) processes. - A solid understanding of end-to-end PTP processes, including invoice processing, approvals, payments, and vendor management. - Proven problem-solving abilities coupled with excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency in ERP platforms, advanced Microsoft Excel, and reporting tools. - A flexible and adaptable attitude to achieve desired results. - Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
