As an Associate Consultant, you will manage daily Procure-to-Pay (PTP) activities, including accurate invoice and payment processing, vendor query resolution, and AP account reconciliations. You'll perform two-way and three-way matching, resolve discrepancies, and process vendor payments according to schedules and controls.

Key duties include processing travel and expense claims, monitoring aging documents to meet turnaround times, and generating end-of-day reports. You will also assist with month-end closing, vendor statement reconciliations, and maintaining invoice archives in compliance with retention policies. Achieving daily and monthly targets is essential for ensuring timely and accurate PTP operations.

To excel in this role, a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) or Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) is required, coupled with 1-2 years of experience in Procure-to-Pay processes. A Master of Commerce (M.Com) is also a desirable qualification.

Essential skills include a strong understanding of end-to-end PTP processes, effective problem-solving abilities, and excellent written and verbal communication. Proficiency in ERP platforms and advanced Microsoft Excel skills are necessary.
