As an Associate Consultant, you will be instrumental in helping TMT organizations navigate industry convergence, create compelling customer and employee experiences, and drive value through strategic initiatives. You will also contribute to EY Consulting's mission of transforming businesses through innovation and technology, solving complex strategic problems for clients.

In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day Procure-to-Pay (PTP) activities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. This includes processing invoices, credit notes, and other transactions, performing meticulous two-way and three-way matching, and resolving discrepancies.

You will manage vendor payments in line with schedules and controls, investigate and resolve supplier queries, and process travel and expense claims. Monitoring aging documents, preparing AP trial balances and reconciliations, and generating remittance advice are also key duties. Maintaining accurate records and contributing to month-end closing activities will be essential, alongside achieving daily and monthly performance targets.

We are seeking a B.Com or BBA graduate with 1-2 years of experience in Procure-to-Pay processes. A strong understanding of end-to-end PTP operations, including invoice processing, approvals, payments, and vendor management, is required.

A flexible attitude to achieve results, strong interpersonal skills, and proficiency in ERP platforms, advanced Microsoft Excel, and reporting are essential.
