This Associate Consultant role is within our Business Consulting practice, specializing in the TMT (Technology, Media & Entertainment, and Telecommunications) sector. We empower TMT organizations to navigate industry convergence, develop agile strategies, and achieve operational excellence. We offer expertise in Finance Consulting, Business Transformation, and Supply Chain & Operations, supporting clients in improving finance functions, executing large-scale transformations, and enhancing operational performance.

As an Associate Consultant, you will be responsible for performing day-to-day Procure-to-Pay (PTP) activities. This includes accurate invoice and payment processing, resolving vendor queries, and conducting supplier statement and AP account reconciliations.

You will also manage travel and expense claims, processing them and resolving any discrepancies. The role involves supporting discrepancy resolution, contributing to month-end activities, and maintaining accurate records to ensure timely and compliant PTP operations.

Key duties include performing two-way and three-way matching of invoices, processing vendor payment runs, investigating supplier queries, and preparing essential AP reports such as EOD completion and AP Trial Balance. You will also assist with month-end closing procedures and ensure vendor statement reconciliations are completed accurately.

To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) or Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree. Candidates with a Master of Commerce (M.Com) are also encouraged to apply.

We are seeking individuals with 1-2 years of dedicated experience in Procure-to-Pay processes. A strong understanding of the end-to-end PTP lifecycle, including invoice processing, approvals, payments, and vendor management, is essential.

Exceptional problem-solving abilities, coupled with clear written and verbal communication skills, are required. Proficiency in ERP platforms, advanced Microsoft Excel, and reporting tools is crucial for success in this position. A flexible attitude and excellent interpersonal skills will contribute to achieving team and client objectives.
