As an Associate Consultant in Business Consulting, you will be integral to transforming businesses through innovative people, technology, and strategy. Your responsibilities will include processing invoices and payments accurately within set timelines, resolving vendor queries, and performing account reconciliations. You will also manage travel and expense claims, support month-end closing activities, and ensure adherence to policies and internal controls.

Key duties involve processing various invoice types, conducting two-way and three-way matching, and handling rejected invoices. You will manage vendor payment runs, investigate discrepancies in supplier statements, and generate remittance advice. Maintaining accurate records and archiving documents are essential. Additionally, you will review daily and monthly targets and contribute to the preparation of AP Trial Balance.

To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) or Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree, with 1-2 years of experience specifically in Procure-to-Pay (PTP) processes. A strong understanding of end-to-end PTP operations, including invoice processing, approvals, payments, and vendor management, is crucial.

We are seeking individuals with excellent problem-solving abilities, effective written and verbal communication skills, and a flexible attitude. Strong interpersonal skills and proficiency in ERP platforms, alongside advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting capabilities, are essential. A Master of Commerce (M.Com) degree and 3+ years of experience in Financial Analysis are also considered beneficial.
