Supply Chain and Operations provide industry-specific insights and digital technology advances to improve performance, support sales growth, enhance cost competitiveness, minimize risk, and ensure operational resilience.

As an Associate Consultant, you will be instrumental in leading and delivering finance transformation initiatives. This includes end-to-end finance processes such as record-to-report, procure-to-pay, and order-to-cash.

You will be responsible for designing and implementing Global Capability Center (GCC) operating models, encompassing process design, governance, and location strategy. Your role involves analyzing finance operations to pinpoint inefficiencies and define target-state processes, controls, and performance metrics.

Key responsibilities also include building compelling business cases, financial models, and cost-benefit analyses to support finance transformation and GCC setup decisions. You'll apply structured consulting methodologies like process mapping, benchmarking, and gap analysis to achieve measurable operational improvements.

To excel in this role, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) is required. We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 6 years of experience in Project Management.
