Design and implement Global Capability Center (GCC) operating models, focusing on process optimization, governance, and strategic location. Analyze finance operations to pinpoint inefficiencies and define target-state processes, controls, and performance metrics. Develop robust business cases, financial models, and cost-benefit analyses to support strategic finance transformation and GCC setup decisions. Apply structured consulting methodologies, including process mapping, benchmarking, and gap analysis, to achieve measurable operational improvements and drive tangible outcomes.

A Master of Business Administration (MBA) is required for this role. Minimum of 6 years of experience in Project Management is essential. Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal mandates.
