This role specifically supports transformation delivery within the public sector.

Provide strong foundational expertise in business consulting to support transformation delivery engagements within public sector contexts. Utilize data analytics for gathering, cleansing, and interpreting information to formulate evidence-based recommendations. Apply business analysis techniques to assess current processes and identify areas for improvement. Contribute to policy design and strategy development to support structured solutioning and implementation planning. Develop consulting deliverables with clear problem structuring, analytical rigor, and a focus on quality.

Support the transformation of businesses through the power of people, technology, and innovation. Drive long-term value for clients by addressing their most strategic problems. Work collaboratively across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements. To excel in this role, a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical is required. Alternatively, a Master of Commerce, Master of Business Administration, or Master of Science in Data Science is also suitable.

Demonstrated experience is essential, including at least 2 years in Technical Writing and 3 years each in Financial Analysis and Business Intelligence.
