This role is crucial for our Global Government & Public Sector (GPS) practice, dedicated to solving critical challenges for governments. We develop innovative solutions to help public sector entities navigate future challenges and transform their operations. Digital transformation at EY extends beyond technology, encompassing organizational structure, governance, and culture to redefine public service delivery.

Contribute to transformation delivery initiatives with a strong foundation in business consulting. Leverage data analytics to assess performance, identify trends, and formulate evidence-based recommendations. Conduct business analysis to translate client needs into clear problem statements and actionable insights. Assist in solution framing and implementation planning through exposure to policy design and strategy development. Support consulting engagements using structured problem-solving techniques, analytical rigor, and meticulous documentation of findings.

Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical. A Bachelor of Commerce is also considered. For postgraduate qualifications, we look for Master of Technology in Civil Engineering, Master of Science in Data Science, Master of Business Administration, Master of Commerce, or Master of Computer Applications.

Required experience includes at least three years in Financial Analysis and Business Intelligence, along with two years in Technical Writing. The role involves working in a hybrid model, with a base in New Delhi, National Capital Territory, India.
