Lead and manage client engagements, ensuring technical excellence and high-quality delivery. Manage client relationships, account management, and lead project execution, often with independent responsibility for smaller clients.

Mentor and coach team members, contributing to knowledge sharing and continuous process improvement. We are looking for candidates with 1-6 years of post-MBA experience, ideally with a consulting background or industry experience in business excellence/functional roles. Expertise in at least two of the following areas is essential: Business Transformation, Business Process Re-engineering, Market Assessment, Post-Merger Integration, Strategy and Business Planning, Sales and Marketing Improvement/Transformation, Strategic Cost Reduction, or Supply Chain Management/Transformation.

Essential qualifications include a B.E./B.Tech. or CA coupled with an MBA, preferably from a premier institute. Strong academic performance, excellent oral and written communication, leadership qualities, and robust financial analysis and modeling skills are required. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, along with a willingness to travel and adapt to a demanding lifestyle, is also crucial.
