Drive technical excellence by applying domain knowledge in BFSI sectors, particularly in banking and consulting, covering corporate, SME, retail, and digital banking.

Develop and implement Go-to-Market strategies, business plans, and performance improvement initiatives for internal operations and business development.

Manage client relationships effectively, handle mid to large-sized accounts, and lead program and project management with strong multi-tasking and time management skills.

Contribute to business development by creating and managing independent client relationships, expanding opportunities with existing clients, and identifying referrals.

Lead project execution, manage client personnel, and coordinate assignment planning. Actively participate in knowledge sharing, process improvement, and proposal preparation.

Possess a B.E./B.Tech. or CA with an MBA (preferably from a premier institute) and a strong academic record. A consulting or industry background with expertise in business transformation, process re-engineering, market assessment, post-merger integration, strategy, sales and marketing improvement, cost reduction, or supply chain management is required.

Demonstrate advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, including financial analysis and modelling. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is essential. A willingness to travel extensively and adapt to a demanding lifestyle is expected.
