This Associate Consultant role within the National Assurance - ASU - Technology Risk team in Chennai is part of a sector-agnostic team that provides comprehensive experience across industries. Assurance's mission is to inspire confidence and trust, serving the public interest by promoting transparency, supporting investor confidence, and nurturing future business leaders. We assist clients with ensuring compliance with audit standards, providing clear perspectives to audit committees, and delivering critical information to stakeholders. Our service offerings span External Audit, Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS), IFRS & US GAAP conversions, IPO support, and Corporate Treasury services.

As an Associate Consultant, you will demonstrate robust technical expertise in Technology Risk and IT Assurance. This includes a strong understanding of IT General Controls (ITGCs), IT Application Controls (ITACs), technology risk assessments, and related audit methodologies. You will apply your knowledge of business processes, technology environments, and risk/control frameworks to identify key risks, assess control effectiveness, and formulate well-supported conclusions. Analyzing audit evidence to pinpoint control gaps and communicating practical observations will be crucial.

Continuously expand your knowledge across ERP systems, cloud environments, cybersecurity, data analytics, and emerging technologies. Ensure consistent application of the firm's methodologies and quality standards in all engagement deliveries. You will collaborate effectively within a team environment, providing services across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements.

To qualify for this role, a Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) or Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) is required. We are seeking individuals with at least 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Testing.
