In this role, you will manage the day-to-day operations of clients' Accounts Receivable portfolios, ensuring high-quality, customer-focused service delivery aligned with Service Level Agreements. You will be responsible for the swift resolution of escalated issues by the Credit Control Team and will manage complex AR portfolios, including negotiating and implementing payment solutions with clients. Key responsibilities also involve achieving cash collection and aging targets by applying fundamental collection techniques and adjusting strategies as needed.

You will regularly assess and recommend improvements to all credit management controls and procedures. Developing strategies and solutions for problematic customers and overcoming credit management challenges are integral to this position. Furthermore, you will ensure complex customer account reconciliations are accurately completed and that cash collection targets are consistently met.

We are seeking a confident communicator capable of articulating complex concepts clearly to stakeholders across various levels, leading to desired outcomes. Strong negotiation skills are essential for success in this role.
