As an Associate Business Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting business analysis and requirement management activities. Working closely with Analysts, Senior Analysts, and project leadership, you will help translate business needs into well-defined documentation. This position is designed to foster learning of Accenture's delivery methodologies, tools, and operational approaches, while simultaneously building essential consulting and analytical skills.

This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the delivery of digitally enabled solutions across various client engagements. You'll be instrumental in understanding and documenting business requirements, laying the groundwork for successful project outcomes.

Support the analysis of current processes and assist in documenting future-state workflows under senior guidance. Aid in planning and documenting client workshops, interviews, and requirement gathering sessions. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and contribute to documentation using process models, data analysis, and document reviews.

Help clarify documented requirements and assumptions for delivery teams. Assist with iteration planning, backlog refinement, and sprint activities, including drafting user stories and acceptance criteria. Contribute to solution option identification by documenting business needs, dependencies, and constraints.

Possess foundational knowledge of business analysis and requirement documentation using structured templates and tools. Demonstrate an ability to understand project scope, objectives, and inception documentation with guidance. Exposure to Agile and iterative delivery methodologies is expected.

Proactively raise issues, risks, and clarifications. Strong structured thinking, clear communication, and learning agility are essential. Ability to think in terms of systems, roles, and system capabilities is important. Experience with data analysis tools like Excel for supporting data-driven decisions is beneficial. Market research skills to understand client businesses are a plus.
