Conduct research to support business insights and recommendations.

Proven experience in business analysis and process modeling. Strong ability to elicit and document complex requirements. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated capability in building domain knowledge. Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities. A Bachelor's degree is required for this role. Previous professional experience is expected.
