As an Associate Architect, you will lead architecture and design discussions for enterprise applications, defining technical roadmaps and development standards. You'll drive the adoption of Generative AI solutions, including LLMs, RAG, and AI Agents, while architecting cloud-native applications on Azure, AWS, or GCP. Ensuring adherence to SDLC processes, DevOps practices, quality gates, and risk management is crucial. You will also mentor development teams and evaluate emerging AI technologies to propose innovative solutions.

This role requires 10-15 years of experience with a strong grasp of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, DevOps) and hands-on expertise in Application Architecture and Solution Design. Proficiency in Generative AI technologies such as LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, and Prompt Engineering is essential, alongside knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP). Experience with Microservices, APIs, CI/CD, and DevOps practices, as well as a solid understanding of software quality, security, and risk management, are mandatory. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills are also required.
