- Ensure timely and proper execution of daily activities according to Desktop Procedures and SLA targets. - Demonstrate a thorough understanding of relevant processes and procedures, proactively identifying areas for enhancement. - Provide support to colleagues in process-related matters as directed by the Team Leader. - Process incoming invoices, including initial problem identification and resolution. - Manage transaction processing and output generation effectively.
