This role within EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) focuses on establishing a framework for CRM operational excellence. You'll play a key part in enabling business teams across various locations by ensuring robust risk management processes and decision-making.

As an Associate Risk Management Analyst, you will advance your foundational skills with increased responsibilities. This includes managing risk management tools, handling complex client and engagement acceptance tasks, and driving improvements in risk management processes. You will also have the opportunity to mentor junior colleagues and conduct in-depth analysis and reporting.

Key responsibilities include managing CPA Licensing Compliance operations, handling inquiries, and validating licenses using internal and external sources. You will process licensing requests, renewals, and compliance documentation, while also monitoring operational dashboards and trackers for data accuracy.

You will investigate and resolve employee inquiries, escalating complex issues appropriately. Collaboration with onshore and offshore teams is essential to meet service levels and quality standards. Additionally, you will contribute to process improvement initiatives, update documentation, and support ad hoc projects and reporting, all while adhering to established policies and procedures.

A Bachelor's degree in finance, business, risk management, or a related field is required. We are seeking candidates with 1-3 years of experience in risk management, finance, or a similar area. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, is crucial.

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential. While not mandatory, experience with risk management tools and systems is highly desirable. Excellent communication and leadership skills are also key attributes for success in this role. This is a hybrid position.
