The Transfer Pricing team provides comprehensive tax services, leveraging deep expertise and advanced technology to help clients make informed business decisions. We navigate global tax policies and regulations, ensuring compliance and driving sustainable value through strategic execution.

This role involves assisting in the preparation of transfer pricing documentation and reports, including detailed analysis of related-party and international transactions. You will conduct functional, asset, and risk (FAR) analyses to understand client business operations and transaction profiles.

Key duties include performing economic and benchmarking analyses, identifying and analyzing comparable companies and transactions. You will also undertake company, industry, and economic research using diverse databases, review financial statements, and conduct financial analysis and margin computations. Supporting the team in gathering, organizing, and analyzing financial and business information from clients is essential.

Additionally, you will help prepare clear working papers and research documentation, coordinate with team members for timely updates, and develop an understanding of transfer pricing regulations and international tax developments. This position offers the opportunity to support senior team members on various transfer pricing assignments and client deliverables.

To excel in this role, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) is required, with a strong background or interest in transfer pricing. We seek individuals with the ability to collaborate effectively across client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements.
