As a Consultant, you will assist clients with various tax-related activities, including tax return preparation and filing, submissions to tax authorities, and advisory services. This role requires a proactive approach and a commitment to upholding professional standards while working collaboratively with team members and clients.

Key responsibilities include conducting engagements professionally and in line with client expectations and contractual terms. This involves preparing and filing individual tax returns, e-TDS returns, and drafting submissions for tax authorities. You will also represent clients before tax authorities and advise on outbound/inbound structuring, including expatriate matters related to immigration and provident fund.

Operational duties encompass participating in work execution within a group, delivering tasks effectively, and teaming with tax professionals. You will ensure assigned work adheres to work programs, firm methodologies, and professional standards. Utilizing electronic working papers and various software applications for research is essential, alongside acquiring and demonstrating technical knowledge in tax and compliance processes.

Essential qualifications include being a certified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 0-1 year of relevant experience. Strong communication skills, both written and oral, are vital, as is proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. The ideal candidate will possess good analytical and numerical abilities, a strong work ethic with the capacity to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
