As an Associate Analyst, you will professionally conduct client engagements, adhering to contract terms and client expectations. Key responsibilities include preparing and filing tax returns, drafting submissions for tax authorities, and providing advice on structuring for employee movements.

You will also be expected to maintain a positive attitude, demonstrate a willingness to learn, and work constructively with the team to enhance performance. Contributing knowledge, providing timely and high-quality services, and exceeding client expectations are paramount.

Operationally, you will participate in group work, deliver assignments effectively, and team with tax professionals to offer comprehensive tax solutions. Ensuring work aligns with the program, firm methodologies, and professional standards is crucial. Utilizing electronic working papers, software applications, and knowledge sources for research will be part of your daily tasks.

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals with strong communication skills, both written and oral, and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. A strong analytical and numerical ability is essential, along with the capacity to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Successful candidates will be self-starters, team players, possess the ability to grasp details quickly, and demonstrate good time management skills. A certified Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is required, along with 0-1 year of relevant experience.

Ideally, you will also possess excellent interpersonal skills, be highly flexible, adaptable, and creative. Comfort in interacting with senior executives within the firm and at client sites is also beneficial.
