This role is for an Associate Analyst within the National Tax - Global Compliance and Reporting (GCR) team, based in Gurgaon. The National division comprises sector-agnostic teams offering diverse industry experience. The TAX GCR team specializes in globally coordinated tax services, helping clients navigate rapid changes. We leverage deep knowledge, experience, and technology to provide insights and better business decisions. Our expertise assists companies in understanding global tax policies and laws for effective planning and compliance, utilizing transformative technologies to manage tax obligations, operations, and workforce while mitigating risk and driving value. We possess competencies in Business Tax Services, Global Compliance and Reporting, Global Law, Indirect Tax, International Tax, and Transaction Services.

As an Associate Analyst in Tax - Global Compliance and Reporting, you will contribute to delivering exceptional client services within established commercial and legal frameworks. Your role involves providing insightful and practical solutions to complex issues. You'll collaborate across multiple client departments, ensuring adherence to all requirements. A key part of your contribution will be applying your technical skills in accounting, tax, and compliance to support client needs and foster a collaborative environment.

To excel in this role, you must possess a strong foundation in accounting, tax, and compliance. The position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in Data Analysis and 3 years in Business Analysis. Essential qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) and a Master of Commerce (M.Com). We seek individuals with the ability to work collaboratively and provide services across diverse client departments while respecting commercial and legal mandates.
