Join our Market Security Services Operations team as an Associate Analyst. This vital role supports the Bank’s Client Onboarding lifecycle, focusing on the accurate setup and validation of client accounts and Standard Settlement Instructions (SSIs). Your core mission will be to minimize operational risk by ensuring all payment and settlement data is verified, secure, and compliant with regulatory standards. This helps prevent fraudulent activities and settlement failures, maintaining the integrity of financial transactions.

Manage and validate Standard Settlement Instructions (SSIs) provided by clients for accurate fund and securities routing. Assist in the comprehensive setup of client accounts, confirming all banking parameters and settlement details are correctly entered into core banking systems. Conduct thorough data validation on incoming settlement instructions, meticulously verifying account numbers, SWIFT codes, and routing instructions against authorized client documentation. Maintain and update the central SSI database to ensure client settlement data is current and accurate, thereby preventing settlement failures. Collaborate with Relationship Managers, Compliance, and the Settlements team to resolve any discrepancies in client documentation or settlement details. Ensure all onboarding activities strictly adhere to the Bank’s internal control frameworks, Know Your Customer (KYC), and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies.

We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor's or Master's degree and a strong aptitude for meticulous work. Exceptional attention to detail is crucial for identifying minor discrepancies in complex financial data like account numbers and SWIFT codes. Develop your analytical skills to effectively cross-reference documents and pinpoint inconsistencies in client instructions. Cultivate a keen awareness of operational risks within financial transactions, emphasizing the importance of "Zero Error" processing. Demonstrate clear and professional communication skills for seamless interaction with internal stakeholders and for reviewing client documentation.
