Share knowledge and best practices regarding digital tools and automation solutions with team members. Contribute innovative ideas for continuous improvement during team meetings. Manage assigned ad hoc process activities with a focus on quality and timeliness. Meet process deadlines consistently to avoid client escalations and deliver high-quality work. Collaborate seamlessly with diverse teams and stakeholders across different geographies.

Possess an MBA or postgraduate degree in Engineering, Technology, Data/Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Commerce, or a related field. Have 1 to 2 years of relevant professional experience if holding a postgraduate qualification. Demonstrate hands-on exposure or project experience in reporting, dashboarding, automation, analytics, process improvement, or AI-enabled productivity tools. Preferred qualifications include experience supporting process improvement or digital transformation initiatives, exposure to handling international customers, and familiarity with audit processes and risk management. Exhibit excellent written and oral communication skills, strong analytical thinking, and decision-making abilities.
