This position involves regular engagement with client teams and EY clients to understand business needs and deliver solutions. You will be instrumental in guiding professionals through compliance policies and regulatory frameworks, identifying and evaluating risks associated with audit clients, and ensuring the firm's independence. The Enablement Services vertical is a rapidly expanding area within EY GDS, utilizing advanced technologies and enterprise tools. As an Associate Analyst in the BR COE Support team, your responsibilities include:

- Gaining a deep understanding of the firm's requirements, structure, business strategies, and regulatory rules. - Providing transactional compliance support for US Independence & Risk Management through the US BRS Team. - Following up with US engagement teams and clients to ensure process completion. - Acting as a liaison between US engagement teams, Independence, risk management services, and other internal functions. - Adapting to various databases and processes to fulfill incoming requests. - Delivering high-quality work within set timelines and achieving process objectives. - Collaborating with the team and contributing to process improvement feedback. - Proactively planning and prioritizing daily tasks, keeping the team updated on progress.
