Develop and maintain applications using Microsoft Power Apps, creating robust solutions to meet business needs. Build and manage automated workflows with Power Automate, streamlining processes and improving efficiency. Work extensively with Dataverse, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 applications, leveraging their capabilities for application development. Assist in integrating Power Platform solutions with existing business systems and applications, ensuring seamless data flow. Collaborate effectively with team members and business users to accurately capture and translate requirements into technical solutions. Participate actively in testing and debugging phases, identifying and resolving application issues promptly. Prepare essential technical documentation and user guides to support application deployment and usage. Adhere to established development standards and best practices to ensure high-quality deliverables. Continuously learn and stay updated on the latest advancements in Microsoft Power Platform technologies.
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field is required. Possess a foundational understanding of Power Apps, Power Automate, or the broader Microsoft Power Platform. Demonstrate knowledge of database concepts and basic programming principles. Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications is beneficial. Exhibit strong analytical, problem-solving, and effective communication skills. Show a proactive willingness to learn new technologies and collaborate within a team setting. Microsoft Power Platform certification (PL-200, PL-400, or PL-600) is highly regarded. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Azure services like Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, or Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) is advantageous. Awareness of integration concepts, APIs, and connectors is a plus. Prior exposure to SharePoint, Dataverse, Dynamics 365, or Power BI is welcomed. Relevant Microsoft Power Platform or Azure certifications or completed courses are preferred.
