Seeking an Associate Analyst to join our Application Support team in Bengaluru. This role focuses on L1 application support, ensuring smooth operations and rapid issue resolution.

The position is ideal for individuals with a foundational understanding of application maintenance and a desire to excel in a dynamic IT environment. Prior experience in application support is a key requirement for this role.

Provide essential L1 application support, addressing user inquiries and technical issues promptly.

Monitor application performance and proactively identify potential problems.

Escalate complex issues to higher support tiers when necessary.

Collaborate with the team to maintain application stability and user satisfaction.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in Application Support is required.

Possession of a Bachelor's degree with no academic backlogs is essential.

Proficiency in SQL is a mandatory requirement; knowledge of Shell Scripting, Linux, Oracle, MySQL, or basic Java is beneficial.

Candidates must be willing to work in daily shifts, including weekends. A one-month notice period or immediate availability is preferred. Experience in the Banking or Financial Services industry is advantageous.
